What is Flower Moon Practice?
Named after May's full Moon, when Nature is in full bloom,
Flower Moon Practice brings together the philosophy and practice of yoga and the evolutionary approach of Western Astrology to unite women in our journey toward awakening and blossoming.
By harmonizing our bodies and energies with the natural rhythm of the Moon and other celestial bodies, we better understand our soul's purpose and empower ourselves to write or re-write our life's story.
Why do we connect with the Moon?
The Moon has long been considered a symbol of femininity, often associated with the emotional body, fertility, and feelings. However, this symbolism only captures a part of the Moon's significance.
Beyond its association with femininity, the Moon is also a powerful symbol of the mind. Just like the Moon journeys through the changing sky, the mind is constantly in flux. The Moon reflects the light of the Sun, much like the mind reflects the soul's essence. Hence, connecting with the Moon allows us to deepen our connection with our souls and our purpose in life.
The Moon's influence extends to the Earth's waters and the fluids within our bodies. By harmonizing with the Moon's rhythms, the water inside us moves effortlessly, facilitating the flow of our creative energy.
When we align with our purpose and allow energy to move freely through our bodies, we unlock the potential to achieve anything we set our minds to. Embracing the symbology of the Moon helps us tap into the profound power we hold within.
"I cannot express enough how insightful the consultation was for me. This experience was about going back to the origins of who I am and what are the transformations I have to go through to become my best self."

Welcome to Flower Moon!
Hello, I am Alexandra Panic, a writer, teacher, star witch.
Born in constellation of Sagittarius with an Aquarian Moon and Rising, I constantly explore new avenues of expression. It's become normal to me to live between continents and languages, academia and arts.
I am a doctoral candidate in Transdisciplinary Studies in Contemporary Art and Media at the Faculty of Media and Communications in Belgrade, Serbia. I hold an MFA in Creative Writing from Goddard College and a BA in Italian language and literature. I am also a 500-hr registered yoga teacher and continuing education provider (E-RYT® 200, RYT® 500, YACEP®) with additional training in Yin Yoga, Tantra, mindfulness, and trauma-informed teaching.
I love working with women throughout all phases of their lives. And with anyone seeking to awaken their yin side, to embrace their vulnerable and creative self. I offer astrology consultations and group and individual yoga classes and workshops. I also offer one on one mentoring sessions for beginner astrologers and yoga teachers.
